~ Johor and Malacca Trip ~

Last Friday, I went to Muar, Johor with my sister and her BF. This is my first time went to Muar. My sister decided brought me to there because I never go there before and she promised me want to introduce some delicious food to me...... Since I reached there also quite late already, then we just take a rest and heal some energy for next day.

Next day, I woke up in early morning. Then, my sister's BF's sister served us her special dishes to us including nasi lemak, porridge, Lontong (a kind of malay food), Asam Fish, and Pan Mee. All the food taste quite not bad especially the Lontong which I never eat before in other place.

Then, after having our breakfast, I walked outside and look around. Suddenly, I had noticed something that make me shock because I saw every house also fixing a long TV aerial in order to receive Singapore TV channel. Lolx. Actually before that I got heard it before but I just never seen it. They said that area only can received Singapore TV5 and TV8 Mediacorp channels even the aerial put until so high.

After that, we departed and ready to go Malacca. On the way, I went to Muar famous biscuit shop – Yong Sheng and bought some biscuits. I only bought 金钱饼(Special Bean Cake – similar to dau sha pia) because other products like dao sha pia still can't compete with Penang dau sha pia taste Hoho~~

Actually Power Station (动力火车) also got one performance in that building on that night, but since I do not have ticket so I didn't go to watch.

Then, we also went to 云山景 (Yun Shan Jin) to look around. That place actually is a temple but not much people will know this place. On the top there can view part of Muar area. Before go to Malacca, we also went to The Strait of Malacca and taste Rojak Mee and Lobak beside the food court. I like the Lobak very much!!

Then took around 30 mins journey, finally we have reached Malacca, an ancient city. When you go there sure can see a lot traditional culture at there. The purpose I went to there is only EAT!! So I didn't go to any other place to take any photo there. At Malacca, I ate Nyonya Laksa, popiah, 3 different styles of durian cendol, and squid chips. I saw many people queue up and waiting for Malacca famous Chicken Rice. I purposely dun wan eat that chicken rice because is not my type. Now Eye On Malaysia has moved from Titiwangsa, Kuala Lumpur to Malacca already. Erm.... I dun think got much people will go there one lor. =.= hehe.....

Then, we going back to Muar cause we have to celebrate birthday with my sister's BF's brothers. Then, we bought a Japanese Thousand Layer Cake at Nadeje Cake Shop. It's really a special cake which I also never taste before. The cake is made by egg with fried and covered it with butter layer by layer. But too bad, I have no chance to capture picture for that cake. They also told me if you go Muar must try their 虾面 (Prawn Mee)….. That’s all my short Johor and Malacca trip!!! (some of the thing i already skipped becoz too long ad and i'm lazy :P!! hehe)

~The last weekend of May 2009~

I think for all the current staff that working in company sure very like weekend!! WHY?? It's because weekend can sleep until late. But last Saturday, I woke up at 7am as usual and took my “light breakfast” (normally is Milo with biscuits) because I need to meet up with my FYP program supervisor at 9am. Then, Janice came from Bandar Utama and fetched me to college. WHY?? Because she said if she didn't fetch me to college, I will sure late. =.=||| Then, when we have reached to college, suddenly so missed college life and everything was crossed my mind. Because I have nearly 2 months didn't go to college already. When I went to SAS office, the first lecturer that I saw was Ms. Wong Yin Cheng, then followed by Ms. Tan Lay Aik (+.+|||) and also Dr. Mark Merry..... After that, me and Janice having discussion with our supervisor... Well, there are some changes needed to make on our documentation after supervisor provides feedback to us. What a coincidence, Mr. Beh who is my Diploma Java Programming lecturer also came college to settle some stuffs. He was invited us to go for Yam Cha since we got so long didn't meet up already. In the way of waiting him complete his stuffs, I went to Ms. Jessie room to find her. Then, I also collected student bills from courserep and distributed the rest to my classmates. Afterwards, me and Janice having lunch with Mr. Beh at TBR.

In afternoon, I went to Pavilion watched movie – Terminator Salvation with Kean Kee, Siao Wei, Ah Leong, Kim Ben, and Li Fong. Actually I never watched the previous series of Terminator one.... But I heard they said it's nothing related with previous series one... For overall synopsis, my comment for this movie just so so only!! Hehe....

After movie, we went to Sg. Wang having dinner at Kim Gary. I had ordered a Japanese Style Stone Rice.... Most of the time when I went to Kim Gary I sure ordered this stone rice one, because I feel the taste is so nice and only cost RM16.90 per set. We have no any photo section, so no photo will be uploaded.... sad~~ @.@

Yesterday, I cooked Japanese Curry at home. Actually can't say is cook, should be make it heat only. Japanese product mostly very convenient one, everything just pack in package, just heat it without adding any seasoning then u can have your meal already. For this curry pack, the taste a bit spicy, sweet, a bit same like “kam heong 金香” curry. But because I cooked too much rice already, I felt a bit full. Hehe~~

In evening, finally I have cut my BUSHES hair.... lolx... suddenly feel so fresh and clean with my hair...... but I also feel the barber cut my hair a bit short ler.... but nvm la..... At least I satisfied it. haha!!!

6th Week of Industrial Training

It's already sixth week for my industrial training in Silverlake. Erm..... how's my current situation?? So far so good lor......

Last week, I had been assigned to modify their existing program. It's actually a part of module. Since Bank Rakyat got some of the requirements needed to change in terms of their structure, so I have to modify it and make it workable as well as meet their requirement. At first, I felt very stress because I still can't handle well in RPG programming. But never mind, I just go ahead and do it step by step. Anyway, it's not a simple task and also not a difficult task. It's because I need to communicate with frontend team in order to carry testing process at the same time. If either frontend or backend system got any error occurred, the system will not run properly. Then, I just debugging and modified the program, at the same time I also need to find what is the problem that occurred in frontend interface. In the way of doing this program, I felt a bit “beh song”, because once I complete a particular part, another part came out error pula. Finally, I took around 3 days to complete that module. I felt happy because that is my first program with RPG in Silverlake. Besides that, my name also will be kept and remained in the source code already. Hehe..... Due with P&C content, I can't post any picture and content here.......

So, how about this week?? So far I do not have any task been assigned. That's why I am damn free in office. Yesterday I just sat in office do nothing for whole day, impossible I can just sat in office do nothing for whole day one what!!! So, I just find something to do, which is....... DRAWING. My pendrive got a portable version of Adobe Illustrator, so I just use this software to draw Spongebob in office..... Haha.....

Ipoh Trip ~

Yesterday I had accompanied my sister to attend her college’s friend wedding dinner at Ipoh City Country Club, Ipoh. We were departed around 3pm from Wangsa Maju. My sister called me drove first since there was not much car there, so I just take this opportunity to drive car in KL. Hehe…. I took around 1 hour plus to reach Tapak toll. Since it is still early yet, then I suggested going UTAR Kampar to walk around. I never go to UTAR Kampar before since it has been launched for 3 years ago. When I first reached to UTAR Kampar, it gave me a very good impression. It has a very nice environment, beautiful, new, luxury buildings. When u passed by the main entrance, besides there has a big lake surrounding it, the feeling feel like the lake in Titiwangsa. That is not enough yet, inside their admin block…… wao…. It’s really big and outside feel like airport, inside has hotel feeling. It’s awesome… Some more I also visited student’s hostel. Their hostel is actually 3 storey house; outlook has a beautiful and Europe-alike style design. Args…. I am falling in love with UTAR Kampar already!!! Currently UTAR is the biggest private university in Malaysia. Although Kampar is a village and no entertainment and nice foods surrounding it, but frankly speaking, I cannot denied that UTAR Kampar is a good place for study.

After that, we went to taste Kampar famous dish – Bread Chicken (Mian Bao Ji 面包鸡)… Erm… the taste really good, the bread very fresh and curry taste really nice. Actually this is not my first time to taste it, but it is my first time to taste it at there because previously I tasted it at home. It has 2 favors, one is curry another one is herbal. So if you guys go Kampar must try it!!!

Then, we went to our destination directly after tasted bread chicken. It took around 30 minutes to reach Ipoh City Country Club. So I having my dinner until 10pm. Well, next day got work some more, of course rush back to KL then. After I reached home already 12.30am. Finally, I just slept for 5 hours and go to work for today!! ^_^ I enjoyed my day went to Ipoh yesterday……

Mother's Day 2009 @ Hometown

Last few days, i had went back to my hometown with my sister.. our purpose to go back hometown this time because we want to celebrate Mother's day together with Father's day. Although Father's day still have 1 month to go, but me and my sister just take this opportunity to celebrate with them since we had already went back hometown. On last Saturday, I went to Tambun ate seafoods with my family. Tambun is a place where famous for seafoods. Erm.... i'm quite disappointed because there are quite many foods were not available on that day. Sigh..... but it's ok!! at least i still could taste other foods there. We had ordered Sweet & Sour Crab, Bamboo Prawn, Spiral Shell, Sea cucumber with abalone soup, Steam Fish with TeoChew Style and one more is vegetable dish. All the foods were not bad, but the food that i most like to eat is Bamboo Prawn....

After went back home, me and my sister also bought a cake to celebrate with my parents, of course also took pictures....

Next day was Mother's day, my mum cooked her homemade dishes to us. I really like the food that cooked by my mum, although it's not special, but she is use her love to cook the dishes. So, every time when i taste the foods that cooked by mum sure feel it have "妈妈的味道" (Mother's Smell) Haha... Night, i accompanied with my dad to attend a wedding dinner at Sg. Petani. Actually i do not know the bridegroom, he is just my dad's customer, and i just went there to eat only!! Haha!!

I very happy because i have a happiness family... Thanks my parents taking care for me and bring me up since i was born until now... i really owe them a lot... so i need to earn a lot money to give them as well as give them whatever they had given to me....

Labour Day!!

Today is 1st of May, also Labour Day!! So, anything related between labour day and me?? Of course got related, because i'm currently is a trainee or internship in Silverlake Axis, means that i'm also involve with labour day. Haha!! Syiok, no need to work!! It's a very good day for me to rest!! Regarding to my industrial training on this week, my superior called me to do some documentation for their system testing comparison result. It's still ok, cause this is a simple task!! This week the person in charged me one provided more briefing regarding to their business flow and how's their system worked between frontend(web) and backend(host). Yesterday, they called me to find out why the problem that occured between frontend and backend, why the result can't show properly, and called me and another trainee to debug it!! =='' That's RPG language man!! I'm still new to RPGLE....... T_T i not sure whether they purposely create the problem to call us solve or what la..... Haiz.... i feel that my job is really boring to me.... that's not the job that i want and desire!! Help me!! After watching Doraemon series, suddenly saw Doraemon said that "不要每件事都羡慕别人！！", means that please do not jealous with what others people have but you don't!!
